We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the unbreakable spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

Insomnia can be heavy weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, searching for sleep to come. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity filled with anxieties and exhaustion. This pervasive state of wakefulness becomes a prisoner of your own mind.
Craving for Sweet Oblivion
The grip of oblivion was a siren's call, a gentle promise of release. To succumb in its shadows was to still the incessant noise of existence. The life's sharp edges faded under the spell of its peace.
